Welcome to Ogera. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Ogera website, mobile application, and services (collectively, "Platform"). By using our Platform, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

User Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to register or use Ogera. By creating an account, you confirm that you are legally capable of entering into binding contracts under applicable law.

Services

Ogera provides a digital platform that connects vehicle owners, fleet operators, and transporters with customers seeking to book loads and transportation services. Ogera acts solely as an intermediary to facilitate these connections.

Ogera does not own, operate, or control trucks, nor does it directly provide transportation services. The agreement for goods transport is strictly between the customer and the service provider (transporter or truck owner).

User Responsibilities

All users (truck owners, transporters, and customers) agree to provide accurate and complete information when registering or posting loads/vehicles. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining confidentiality of your account credentials
• Ensuring the accuracy of load or vehicle listings
• Compliance with applicable transport, road, and safety regulations
• Using the Platform for lawful purposes only

Ogera reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these conditions.

Payments & Fees

Payment terms depend on the specific agreement between shippers and transporters. Ogera may charge a platform usage fee or commission for completed bookings, which will be clearly indicated before confirmation.

Ogera uses secure third-party payment gateways for processing. We do not store your card or bank details.

Booking & Cancellation

Once a booking is confirmed, both parties (customer and transporter) are expected to honor the commitment. Cancellations may incur charges depending on timing and service provider policies.

Ogera is not responsible for losses arising from delayed or canceled trips, unless directly caused by platform errors.

Liability & Disclaimer

Ogera acts only as a facilitator and is not responsible for the quality, safety, or timeliness of transport services. We do not guarantee delivery schedules or vehicle conditions.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ogera is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.
